Online Bill Pay Unavailable

Towards the end of July, the City of Port Angeles received reports from customers of possible credit card compromise. The security of our customers’ information is our highest priority, and as such, we began an investigation immediately to determine if there had been a compromise, and if so, the extent.

The online card payment system will remain shut down until the City can determine what, if anything, must be done to secure the safety of online credit card payments. Therefore, we ask our citizens for their continued patience.

Payment Options

The City is able to accept payments by check, cash, and by credit or debit card payments in person at City Hall. Unfortunately, at this time, the City cannot take card payments online, in the mail, or over the phone. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused our customers.

If you’ve used a credit or debit card to pay for utilities or other services at the City of Port Angeles, we recommend, as a precaution, that you verify all of your credit or debit transactions.
