Race Street Phase I

In Winter 2023, the City will initiate the first phase of a three-phase project to improve the Race Street corridor, connecting the Olympic Discovery Trail and Port Angeles' waterfront to the Olympic National Park Visitor Center. 

Wastewater Capacity Improvement Project

The Public Works & Utilities Department performs wastewater collection and treatment within City limits and the adjacent urban growth areas (UGAs). The wastewater conveyance capacity upgrades will ensure the City’s sanitary sewer collection system continues to provide reliable service to utility customers in West Port Angeles and increase the size of the system to accommodate planned growth within the western UGA.
