Starting in 2025, the City of Port Angeles no longer issues specialty business licenses. Instead, your City of Port Angeles Business License appears as an endorsement on your Washington State Business License. Any individual or entity engaging in business within City limits must obtain a City of Port Angeles City endorsement on their Washington Business License.
