August 18, 2021 - Governor Inslee announces educator vaccination requirement and statewide indoor mask mandate

Gov. Jay Inslee today announced a vaccination requirement for employees working in K-12, most childcare and early learning, and higher education, as well as an expansion of the statewide mask mandate to all individuals, regardless of vaccination status.

August 9, 2021 - Governor Inslee issues proclamation requiring vaccination for most state employees, health and long-term care workers

Proclamation by the Governor amending Proclamation 20-05, et seq., effectively immediately.

January 11, 2021 - Governor Inslee signs "Healthy Washington - Roadmap to Recovery" Proclamation 

Proclamation 20-25.12 is effectively immediately and extends through the COVID-19 state of emergency.

May 18, 2020 - Governor Inslee announces the state’s plan for all elective procedures to resume.

Each medical or dental practice will assess their own readiness and their communities’ COVID-19 activity to determine whether, and to what degree, they will reopen.

May 11, 2020 -Governor Inslee provides guidance and requirements for restaurant and tavern reopening during Phase 2 of the State’s reopening

For counties granted variance to move to Phase 2, restaurant operations may resume with limitations after meeting specific criteria, effective May 11, 2020. 

May 01, 2020 - Governor Inslee extends six proclamations relating to COVID-19

The extensions, approved by the Legislature, apply to health care, nursing assistant training and testing, post retirement employment, and license renewals and suspensions.

May 01, 2020 - Governor Inslee announces four-phase approach to reopening the State

April 29, 2020 -  Governor Inslee rolls out COVID-19 risk assessment dashboard with data

Gov. Jay Inslee today announced a new COVID-19 risk assessment dashboard to aid the state in gauging when and how to best lift restrictions around ‘Stay Home, Stay Healthy” in Washington.

April 27, 2020 - State Lands to Reopen May 5th to Fishing, Hunting, and Recreation

As of Tuesday, May 5th, some outdoor recreation will be allowed with appropriate safety precautions including: fishing; hunting; playing golf; day use at state parks, state public lands managed by the Department of Natural Resources and at state Fish and Wildlife areas.

April 06, 2020 - School Closure Extension Proclamation

Extension of Proclamation Nos. 20-08 and 20-09 Extends the School Closure Order for the remainder of the School Year.

April 02, 2020 - Stay, Home Stay Safe Extension Proclamation 

Proclamation No. 20-40 Extends the Stay Home, Stay Safe Order to May 4th.
