Goals:
This project will upgrade the stormwater infrastructure between 6th and 4th Streets and extend the outfall to reduce stormwater discharge impact and control erosion on the bluffs in that area.
Road Closure and detour:
The N and 4th Streets Intersection will be closed to through traffic, including pedestrians and cyclists from Monday, October 18th, 2021 through mid-December 2021 for construction.
- A detour will be set up to divert traffic around the project via M Street and 6th Street.
- Access to local traffic will be restricted with arrangements for abutting property owners to periodically access the 6th Street alleyway off of N Street.
- Expect moderate delays, remember to slow down for safety when near construction zones.
