Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Port Angeles will continue and conduct Public Hearings at the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter. Listening and webcast options will be available at www.cityofpa.us. The City determined the meeting shall be held virtually when the October 18, 2022 City Council agenda was created on Thursday, October 13, 2022. The City will hold virtual meetings when a meeting cannot be held with “reasonable safety”. “Without reasonable safety” means that the COVID-19 risk is Moderate or High, per the dashboard located at https://www.clallam.net/coronavirus at the time the meeting is advertised.
The purpose of the public hearings are to:
(1) Continue a Public Hearing to receive input on the proposed water, wastewater, and Medic 1 utility rates for 2023, and,
(2) Conduct a Public Hearing to receive input on the 2023 Revenue Sources for the City of Port Angeles.
The public hearings will be held virtually.
Written public testimony can be submitted to: council@cityofpa.us, comments will not be read aloud but will be made a part of the record.
