12/20/2022 UPDATE
Due to inclement weather and out of an abundance of caution for community members and staff, changes have been made to the December 20, 2022 City Council agenda.
Ceremonial matters planned for this evening's meeting have been postponed to January 3, 2023, including:
- Pinning Ceremony for Port Angeles Fire Chief Derrell Sharp
- Recognition of outgoing Council member, Mike French
The following agenda item will be continued to January 17, 2023:
F1. Surplus of City Real Property Located at Corner of North Jones and East Water Streets / Open Public Hearing / Close Public Hearing / Discussion with action to follow

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Port Angeles will hold a Public Hearing at the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. In hybrid meetings, members of the public, Council members, and City staff have the option to attend the meeting in person in the Council chambers at City Hall, located at 321 East 5th Street in Port Angeles, or remotely via telephone or video link. For those attending remotely, learn how to participate during public comment and or watch the meeting live by visiting: https://www.cityofpa.us/Live-Virtual-Meetings. Listening and webcast options will be available at www.cityofpa.us.
The purpose of the public hearing is for City Council to consider the proposal to surplus the property at the corner of North Jones and East Water Streets.
