The City of Port Angeles has received grant funds to assist customers financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding for past due balances that occurred between March 2020 and December 2021 is available to qualifying Residential Utility Customers.
If you have been financially burdened due to the impacts of the pandemic, please complete and submit the COVID-19 Self Attestation Form (PDF) to the City of Port Angeles by 5 p.m. on June 23, 2023.
Please note: There is a limited amount of funding and once depleted, assistance will no longer be available unless additional funding sources are made available through state or federal government. This financial assistance is in addition to the discounts currently offered and provided to low-income utility customers.
Amounts will be credited to individual utility accounts based on qualification for utility bill assistance. This funding is available to City of Port Angeles Residential Utility Customers, only.
