The City of Port Angeles, Washington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform an inventory of short-term rental properties within the city limits and develop strategies to bring non-compliant short-term rentals into compliance. The City also seeks a consultant to implement the selected compliance strategy. Additionally, the City seeks to include in the proposals the same Scope of Work, only on a county-wide basis to include Clallam County.
