2. Do all structures require a building permit?

Only structures that measure less than 120 square feet in area do not require a building permit. Even a structure that does not require a building permit must still meet all setback requirements and other development regulations.

3. Do I need a building permit to build a fence?

Only if the fence is proposed to be over 6' tall.
