What if I cannot pay my bill when it is due?

If you are unable to pay your utility bill by the due date, please call Customer Service at 360-457-0411 to discuss next steps. A payment plan may be set up to bring your account current and keep your services from being disconnected.

If money is tight and you need a little help with paying for utilities, look into the City's Utility Discount Program (PDF) or contact one of the several Local Resources (PDF) who may be able to provide assistance.
